New hotels that have chosen the GCH Hotel Group as their partner undergo a standardised process that is optimised through regular quality checks. The GCH Hotel Group offers the hotels all services from an experienced management team: from location analyses, target group definitions, rebranding, new website, purchasing, to human resources consulting, IT support and F&B concepts.

Our business model management mandate

Phase 1

Analysis

In the course of a management mandate, the long-term potential and the possibilities of synergy effects with the existing portfolio are analysed. During this phase, the management team carefully analyses the financial, economic and legal situation. Thanks to regional structures, measures can be taken quickly and smoothly.

Phase 2

Repositioning

The GCH Hotel Group specialises in modernisation applications and optimal brand rebranding. Stage 2 is followed by the repositioning and rebranding process, in which the GCH management team prepares an individual, customised business plan for each hotel.

The ideal position on the market is determined and the brand and star classification are selected, taking into account the background and location analyses.

Within the turnaround process, phases of consolidation and stabilisation are carried out, which on the one hand support the repositioning process and on the other hand establish cost plans and the reduction of non-recoverable costs in the future.

Phase 3

Renewal

During the renewal phase, the hotel will be integrated into the group's network and into the advanced in-house marketing, digital and IT measures. The measures were tailored specifically to the needs of the hotels: professional websites, optimised target group texts, fresh design, photos, online marketing, SEO work and external appearance.

Each hotel receives sales measures, advice and support from human resources, legal advice and new food&beverage concepts in the shortest possible time. This unique takeover method and integration into the marketing mix are decisive components that enable the hotel to catch up with the average market, bring in cost savings, generate revenue and thus be profitable again.

Phase 4

Synergies

The turnaround process was successfully achieved with the help of the company's synergy effects, expertise, integration into the marketing mix and the management team's knowledge of the market.

Phase 5

Operational business

After the repositioning process, the hotel is integrated into the operational process. The GCH Hotel Group offers the hotels weekly 3-month forecasts to analyse and process the current situation and that of the near future.

Regular meetings at the end of the month and budget phases ensure that the long-term development is in line with the targets set.
